New Volunteer

The New Volunteer Application is intended for new volunteers applying to Camp Daybreak for the first time. After completing your application, please remember to visit the forms page and send our reference form to 3 references. Your application will be considered incomplete until we receive all 3 of your references.

Returning Volunteer

The Returning Volunteer Application is intended for those returning to Camp Daybreak after completing at least 1 session of volunteering.

Veteran Volunteer

The Veteran Volunteer Application is intended for those returning to Camp Daybreak after completing at least 5 sessions of volunteering.

*If you are a Veteran Volunteer but have been absent from Camp Daybreak for more than 3 years, please complete the Returning Volunteer Application.
